How much tea is in each sellable package?
Sellable tea packages contain 50 grams unless a product option clearly states otherwise.
How should I brew my tea?
Each product page can show the recommended amount, water temperature, and steep time. Adjusting strength by using more or less leaf is usually better than steeping far beyond the recommendation.
Do you sell internationally?
No. The current store accepts United States delivery addresses only.
How is shipping calculated?
Available shipping choices and their prices are shown before payment. Fixed rates remain the fallback until live carrier quotes are fully tested.
Can opened tea be returned?
For food-safety reasons, opened tea normally cannot be returned for resale. Contact us about incorrect, damaged, or defective items before mailing anything.
Where can I ask about ingredients or an order?
Use the Contact page. It creates a private reference so the message is not lost even if email delivery is temporarily unavailable.
